Wow Wow Wow! We really lucked out when we bought this large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in the Aurora Townhomes. Our family loves to ski and the garage has been the perfect heated storage for all our gear; stuff that barely fit in the condo we use to own. We used the dedicated spot in front for our 1 vehicle but sometimes we parking in the nearby parking lot since we rarely use it on our stays. Our walkout patio is private an offers direct access to the Toby Chair and a great little path to the General Store. I love having in-suite laundry so we can keep up with the kids dirty gear and the main bedroom is perfect for us while the pullout near the fireplace is perfect for our kids or, if we come on an adults only trip, our friends. The previous owner used the property has a short-term rental so it was really well maintained and all the appliances were in great shape. This made is easy for us to just start enjoying it and we offset our costs of ownership by renting it out when we're not here - which actually isn't that often because we love it so much.
